  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY ORDER?

Yes, it is possible to modify your order. However, you only have 24 hours to make the change. 
You just have to send us a message to our email address (info@atelier-atypique.fr ) to inform us of the change to your order.

  • I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

If you only receive part of your order, this is normal. Items are often shipped separately. Don't worry, the rest should arrive soon!

If, after 15-20 working days, the rest of the order has not arrived, contact us via our email box (info@atelier-atypique.fr ) . 

DELIVERY

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, it is possible to change my delivery address. However, you only have 24 hours to make the change.

You just have to send us a message to our email address (info@atelier-atypique.fr ) to inform us of the change to your order.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times are on average 3 to 9 working days depending on the product. 

If the order has not arrived after 30 working days, contact us via our email address (info@atelier-atypique.fr ) .

  • CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM A UPS RELAY POINT?

No, it is not possible to collect your order from a UPS collection point.

  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Average delivery times are 3 to 9 working days.

  • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping within Continental Europe, regardless of the basket value. For the rest of the world, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.
